I’m not much of a sneaker head, but this new collection from Jun Takahashi looks pretty awesome. They retail for $180 and make for a fun marathon souviner!

aSweatLife Live Podcast recording with Marathon Whisperer Denise Sauriol - Wednesday October 3, at 6pm at the Moxy Hotel, 530 N. LaSalle Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60654

This event is a great one to grab last minute marathon advice and inspiration from Denise as she tackles her 100th marathon!

From aSweatLife: “On #WeGotGoals, we ask two big questions of our guests—one about a goal they’ve accomplished and one about a goal they’re working toward. The simple interview format allows our guests to share stories of incredible achievement. Listeners can expect to be inspired to apply the ways these entrepreneurs, Olympians, actors, and authors all set goals and achieve them.”

There will be a chat about goals with fellow aSweatLife ambassador Denise Sauriol, owner and coach at Run for Change.

You have the option to hang around afterward to buy a signed copy of her new book, Me, You & 26.2: Coach Denise’s Guide to Get YOU TO YOUR First Marathon (click the hyperlink to buy on Amazon!) You also have the option to stick around and talk about one of your own goals—aSweatLife will be recording a few to feature at the end of future episodes.
