Exciting News: I'm now teaching at...

CYCLE X!

It's been a month today, so I wanted to make it official. I am so excited to be working there and be under the wings of awesome, seasoned instructors like Shannon and Neomi. 

This is an exciting change for me that I'm really excited about. Much thanks to Janelle and Cody CycleBar for giving me a chance and getting started on my fitness instructing journey, and thanks to Darryl Gaines for pushing me to be the best I could be at the start of my fitness career.

My favorite thing about Cycle X is being able to create a emotionally driven ride, elevated by using the light show effects. May or may not have used the song "Fire" by Savant and added in the fire effect. Don't judge me.

I'm so excited for the next chapter in my fitness career, and I can't wait to see you on a bike!
