#SweatWorkingWeek and the start of #BBG
Happy Monday! It's week two of the new year, and I started my Monday off right by heading to FlyBarre this morning for the opening class of #SweatWorkingWeek!
What's Sweatworking Week, you ask? Jeana Anderson Cohen, founder of the website aSweatLife, and her team started Sweatworking Week this summer as a week dedicated to wellness. On a month to month (and week to week) basis, you can find awesome SweatWorking events to attend here in Chicago, usually around $30 per event (includes a workout, awesome goodies from sponsors and a lot of fun!) Sweatworking Week offers you a ton of different classes for $15 each, which is a crazy discount. If there's any class you've really wanted to try, this is the week to do it. I've posted a photo of their schedule below--there's still room to sign up for a few classes! Click HERE to sign up!
All of the highlighted classes are the classes I'm attending, and I'm on the waitlist for Title Boxing Wednesday and the Barry's class Saturday!
There's still room to join me at Strength at Sweat Chicago on Friday evening and Core Power on Saturday morning. Also, you can always join a waitlist. I did for Studio Lagree and got in last night! In addition to the SweatWorking classes, I will be at SoulCycle Old Town Tuesday at 7:30pm for Hallie's class and I'm also completing Week 1 of BBG this week! Kayla Itsines has a deal right now where you can download her app with the first round program in it for $1. I would recommend canceling it before it renews for $20, however. Rather, I would purchase the program one-time for $50 and either print it or download the pdf to your phone's iBooks or Kindle.
Again, be sure to check out aSweatLife and SweatWorking, even if you can't make it this week!
